I was surfing this morning... avoiding the need to get the house ready for Samantha's birthday party this afternoon (and evening and through the night to tomorrow morning... phew!)... and read this article.
I thought of the miscarriages in my sister Lisa's life... and the pregnancy of a friend that is giving her trouble...
I found comfort to my question of why Arianna is so 100% totally A-okay with her facial anomally, while I feel guilty that I could not produce for her a "perfect" body.
I found humor that considering Bennett's indecisive nature... there was a miscarriage before he was born (although I believe Sylvia said it was a girl). Funny to think that perhaps he was a little gunshy on commitment then too. :)
This I know for today. "His ways are not our ways"... and really, for that I am grateful, because I tend to be a bit of a screw-up.

Love this post Lori...something I have been pondering...again...lately and brought up a bit in my playgroups and scrapbooking circles. I had come to this conclusion through my own research and am surprise to hear how many confussed and sad women/mothers their are out there. Good post...thanks for sharing.
